Can Big Ramy Be Stopped?

His name is Mamdouh Elssabiay, is known as “BIG” Ramy, his namesake is not bad … He is already one of the most muscular men on the planet. In bodybuilding circles Ramy images went viral after his 2012 IFBB Amateur Mr. Olympia Win, and since then the world of bodybuilding has not stopped talking about “Big Ramy”.

Ramy went on to compete in the 2013 New York Pro and won. That contest built an incredible amount of hype entering the 2013 Mr Olympia, with an expert in the industry including Chad Nichols, picking it to win the 2013 Mr Olympia. Ramy placed eighth, which was the most successful to Ramy momentum so far, but it certainly has not stopped people talking about him.

New York was not the best Ramy

Ramy set his sights on the 2014 New York Pro after his debut in Olympia, but did not exactly have the softest contest preparations, spending time in the hospital with an upper respiratory infection that hampered his training and nutrition. For some time there were doubts whether Ramy end hit the stage in New York, and the word coming out of his camp was that he in fact chooses to skip the show.

Ramy with the guidance of his coach and former IFBB Pro Dennis James made the decision two weeks out to try to make the show, was reportedly Ramy zero carbs during that time. Not only did the show, won unanimously!

When you consider Ramy was sick during preparation and struggled to do the show, to win a series like this, we should imagine a totally healthy Ramy with an additional year of training under his belt that spell trouble for even top 5 competitors Olimpia.

How Ramy has improved or enhanced?

People will be saying that the New Year Pro won last year convincingly and won convincingly this year … So what’s the difference? Why do we believe that the results in the Olympia this year be different?

# 1 New York lineup- Last year’s Pro lineup had a small second Victor Martinez comes back from injury with an improved third Juan Morel, this year we had a much improved second Juan back of a second in the 2014 Arnold Classic Brazil.

# 2 The sickness I do know that I still mention it, but how many times have we heard a guy has been sick to the point of being hospitalized for any considerable amount of halfway through their preparation time, and still make a show of this caliber? I cannot remember one of the top of my head, so there is no doubt that he was not at his best, to what extent was out of it? You might have to wait until the Olympia to see …

# 3 Training-If you think that the reports had been training Ramy only about 3 1/2 years before turning pro in the amateur Mr. Olympia in 2012, after a terrifying prospect for competition because bodybuilders rarely reach its peak between 20 and rarely at 4-5 years of training.

Big Ramy Quads

Prediction :

I predict big Ramy make a big impact this year and could easily see it within the first 5 Kai also having one of those 2 runners Ramy plays into how he can compare well in terms of size. With another year of maturity for physical Ramy I’m going out on a limb and predict Ramy finish third in the 2014 Mr. Olympia.

At A Cross Rhoden – Shawn Rhoden’s 2014 Mr Olympia

Shawn Rhoden spent to make the numbers and being a stranger in her first professional show IFBB have a great year in 2012 by winning two shows and placing third in the Mr. Olympia.

This year so far …

Earlier this year, Shawn Dennis Wolf placed second at the Arnold Classic in Columbus Ohio, and a week later went on to compete and win in the Pro FitX Australia in 2014, taking a much improved bonac William.

Shawn Rhoden

This year, Shawn was scheduled to compete in various shows in the IFBB Pro circuit between the Arnold Classic (Columbus, Ohio) and Mr. Olympia which would certainly have collected some paychecks and raises its profile to another level.

Screen Shot 07.18.2014 at 9.39.33 amIt Shawn was not yet; broke his foot on April 12, prompting speculation that perhaps even sees Shawn on stage again this year. Shawn remained positive and quickly set his sights on the Olympia this year statement released with the following …

“The last few days have been a learning experience. Doy crazy for having to use a wheelchair and / or crutches for daily cope respect.’m even more motivated and will be pushing the boundaries to come back with a bang for Olympia this year. “Shawn Rhoden

Shawn Will retains its Top 5 placement?

Racing after a broken foot in Olympia a strong line-up of this type will be difficult for Shawn, as many of the estimated ‘Top 5 contenders’ not about the problems you are currently facing. When you start to list some of the names out of the obvious top two candidates Kai Greene and Phil Heath, are some up-and-coming guys with the likes of Mamdouh Elssbiay, Justin Compton, Roelly Winklaar, and of course some of the most established / experienced bodybuilders like Dexter Jackson and Dennis Wolf, who certainly retain a higher bet 5 finish.

With common names provided to compete, and preparation interrupted Shawn – I would have to bet NO. In saying this, we all saw the transformation that made placing fourth in the Flex Pro earlier this year, for placing third in the Mr. Olympia in 2012 If Rhoden can nail his conditioning 100%, and possibly get some guys to sleep, there may be a chance that it could end “Top 5”

Shawn Rhoden Transformation Rhoden Dexter’s next?

At 39 years old, Rhoden may be getting near its peak. Many thought that after the transformation he made in 2012, could make another big leap and be a real contender Olympia within the next few years, but it just was not-being.

Shawn Rhoden Transformation

If Shawn has come close to maxing out your physique in terms of muscle mass, which may be able to become a bodybuilder ‘type Dexter Jackson, however, this is reduced to be consistent with your fitness.

What do we mean by the next Dexter?

Dexter is super consistent and plays more than the average IFBB Pro. Through Dexter consistency and the number of programs competing in, Dexter is rewarded with a good placement and occasionally a surprise when other guys slip. Shawn will have a long career as a professional, lines and shape it resembles the young Flex Wheeler, so I do not see him lose in the short term and in the longevity of the likes of Toney Freeman, Dexter Jackson, Ed Nunn, all is well on the professional scene IFBB well into the 40s – we believe that Shawn is like the good way, and if Shawn ends his career with a record similar to the likes of Dexter Jackson competition (which I remind you includes Olympia title) you’ll have to be considered one of the greatest in bodybuilding.

Dennis Wolf ‘ Secret Weapon For This Year’s Olympia 2014

Striking a career peak when winning the Arnold Classic last March Dennis Wolf tried a couple of new things that will further adjust for the Olympia contest to be held at the Orleans Arena in Las Vegas on 19 and 20 September.

It was in Columbus last March I knew I had finally cracked the “peak and hold” riddle that had come unstuck seen in previous contests outputs. The most notorious case was in the 2011 Mr. Olympia. He drew number one and so was the first to make their representatives. It came as huge and as complete as the bank account of Bill Gates. There was an audible sigh combined the expectant crowd, and NPC and IFBB honcho Jim Manion said later, “At the time I thought well might be a surprise here -. Del dangerous” this guy However, as the prejudging progressed Dennis faded, became flatter and smoother and shifted to fifth.

Man stacking contest 272 pounds on your body ready to win the 2014 Arnold says of his tribulations during peak hours, “Throughout my career has been a major theme my condition correctly and fluctuating over the last couple of days before a competition and then during the event itself. At Olympia last year, with the help of a friend in Germany, I realized how to put that right. Indeed not nail it 100 percent in 2013 Olympia, but as it was my first race with this trick, then modified it a little more in the Arnold and it was even better – especially at night I still was not right on the button,. I peeked the day before and lost a bit. but now, having gone through this new handling twice am sure that I can be at my best ever – in terms of fullness, dryness and condition -. At the Olympia in September, I’ll be in all the prejudging and finals. ”

So what exactly is this new secret?”Asked the inquisitive type.

Back pragmatic response was, “If I told you it would not be a secret.”

The first three in 2013: From left to right; Wolf (third), Heath (first), Greene (2nd).
It is more than a cliche; it is a truism that to get the reigning or you have to beat them at their own game. After Olympia Dorian Yates first wins in 1992, a large loop size and became the targets of most of its rivals. Absorbing the crushing disappointment of his controversial defeat in 2001 Ronnie Coleman, Jay Cutler bent down and went to church in the style of his enemy and finally Coleman relegated to second place in the battle for the Olympia 2006.

WOLF vs. HEATH Bicep

Already in 2011, when he won his first Olympia, I wrote to Phil Heath, “In the course” Aesthetic rampage vs. freak “, Phil Heath overrides any discussion. He is the hybrid: First Aesthetic Freak” Therefore, if history is anything to go by the best hope of unseating an aesthetic monster fall on someone who has similar credentials. Cue, Dennis Wolf, it definitely has that “Wow!” Factor. I’ve said it before, but it bears repeating that when comes in vast width apart immediately attracts attention. This width is enhanced by dramatic narrowing sweep her narrow waist and contour your thighs burning. He has great lines and only so much space that outsizes everyone else, especially in the first two fills poses – front biceps and front lat spread. Rhomboids his double biceps back is the most spectacular in the business, and when it is full and he is an awesome bodybuilder.

Wolf and Heath go at it since last year.
Of course criticism of the shallowness in the lower back and calves abound underpay. Ask him about that and he said, “Genetically this is my turn, I can only do so much. I cannot get my lower back just hang there like Dorian Yates. I’ve Improved in the last two years and will do the you can. Regarding my calves, “she laughs out loud,” I do not know what is happening there. I’ve tried all the systems out there for calves — I have no clue. But, I still think I can continue to improve those areas and when I finished doing everything I can and see where I can go.”

Personally I do not think the big thick assemblers help her look. I believe the narrow waist of the back adds to the effect of the width of show-stopping through the shoulder area and makes your upper body more dramatic sweep. And not to minimize the development of beef, or lack of, never hurt Ronnie Coleman.

The key to any shootout between Wolf and Heath will do, focus on the first two poses of comparison. When compared on the front biceps and front lat with Phil, the size and development of Lobo extends only dwarfs all. It will be interesting to see how the new Dennis “I have secret” Lobo will use its size and presence in the Olympia this year. If the giant nails reigning Germans may well have to also nail to stop the threat.

‘The Predator’ Kai Greene

Place of Birth: Brooklyn, NY
Leagues: IFBB
Competition Weight: 256 lbs
Off-Season: 300 lbs
Age: 39
He is enigmatic. From Kai Greene went from underdog to top winning the Arnold Classic 2009, the mystery machine Greene, like the man himself, has only gotten bigger over time. He has layers, their perception of bodybuilding as a sport and part art, his belief in the physical as a means of expression and full communication.

The beginning of his bodybuilding career helped him build his confidence and belief in their own ability as a competitor in good faith. Greene spent most of middle school traveling to different shows and taking teen titles. Before the age of 19, he turned pro with a natural organization and the distinction of being the youngest professional bodybuilder Natural World remains.

Greene is as original as it is difficult to determine for the simple reason that he speaks with his body as much, if not more, than words.

“It’s very interesting to try to be the best all-not a hundred percent better or worse than that thing.” – Kai Greene

Jonathan Delarosa

Without much thought, Delarosa training began imitating his father when his father and a protein shake Delarosa ask the exact same mix.
